The necessary steps were taking to ensure the safety of our team members and our clients.  Chateau Events & Planning, LLC is committed to combating the spread of Covid-19.  Please review our safety measures below.

Daily team members wellness & temperature checks.

Elevated sanitation & strict hand-washing schedule.

Mandatory face coverings for all team members & guest: To avoid the spread of covid-19, we require face coverings through the duration of our guest visit and our team members working on site. 

Enforced social distancing within our business office & showroom: we redesigned our waiting area, and common area of our showroom to meet the 6ft social distance protocol. We also have taking, several measures to space our appointments and reduce the amount of people on site at a given time. 

Cleaning, Sanitizing & Infection Control:  Our rental equipment, business office and showroom are properly cleaned between each scheduled appointment and at the end of each day.  This includes a deep cleaning of the entire facility.
